How To’s

PRICING

  • We will determine pricing of your items and they are subject to discounts

  • If you have any pricing requests, please let us know at the time of consignment

  • All merchandise is left at your own risk; we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

  • There will be a $20 item fee on top of the base price for every item

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Please keep track of your pickup date, collect your earnings, and any unsold items

  • For your protection we require a photo ID to receive payout

  • You may come in anytime during the selling period to collect earnings due

  • You can check your account anytime at kismetconsignment.biz

CLOTHING

  • Dresses should be clean, wrinkle free, and on hangers (we give your hangers back)

  • No more than 25 items at a time

  • Selections are made based on style, condition, current trends, and inventory on hand

  • We are looking for the best of the best options for second-hand Bridal

  • Items are dropped in the basement of Kismet (entry through Kismet Fashion)

PERCENTAGE & SELLING TIME

  • Consignment percentage is 50% of the base selling price

  • The selling period is 180 days, prices are subject to a 50% discount

  • All items are donated to charity at the end of the selling cycle

  • You may retrieve your items at the end of the cycle if you would not like to donate. It is the consignors responsibility to pick up on time and pull items from floor.

HOURS/APPOINTMENTS

  • Open: Wednesday - Saturday. 11a-3p

  • No appointments needed for drop offs

  • Ring Bridal Bell in store for walk-ins

  • Appointments for try-on are optional - If you know you are coming on a specific day you can call or email Kismet to schedule
